TZO Magazine...

Since 2005, Tom has been publishing the blog (or rather the "e-zine") TZO Magazine.

A Trip to the Old Neighborhood 

After moving back to NYC this past September, I knew there were a few things I wanted to see.  First, I wanted to check out the progress on the re-construction of the new World Trade Center, something I frequently followed online while still living in Grand Rapids.  I did, and was only mildly impressed when I reached the Cortland Street level after climbing the E train subway stairs.  My visit to the WTC location only validated what I and everybody else already knew; the project was going very, very slowly...
